C|C Talent was born from a need - more access, more opportunity, and stronger support for creatives in Sacramento. What began as Capitol Creatives, a grassroots collective hosting local meet-ups, quickly grew into a trusted community - producing fashion shows, collaborations with institutions like the Crocker Art Museum, and spaces where artists could build confidence, connection, and their craft.

Through hands-on development, original projects, and workshops, we’re committed to expanding what’s possible for creatives while bridging the gap between artists and the communities around them.
